What Bulk Scheduling Does
Bulk Scheduling allows you to:
Upload CSV or XLSX files containing post data
Automatically create multiple scheduled posts
Review, edit, and fix errors before publishing
Import all valid posts into the Social Planner at once
Each row in your file becomes a single scheduled post.
Part 1: Preparing Your CSV or XLSX File
Required File Structure
Your file must include correctly labeled columns.
Incorrect headers or formats will cause upload errors.
Required Columns and Formats
postAtSpecificTime (yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm: ss)
This column defines when the post will publish.
Requirements:
Use 24-hour time format
Include seconds
Include a space between the date and the time
Example:
2022-12-15 08:00:00
Important:
Spreadsheet tools may auto-format dates. Always recheck formatting before upload.

This column contains the post caption.
Character limits by platform:
Facebook: 62,000
Instagram (Business): 2,200
LinkedIn: 3,000
Twitter/X: 280
Google Business Profile: 1,500
Hashtags are supported.
link (OGmetaURL)
Add a single link if needed.
Behavior:
If media is included, the link is placed inside the caption
Only one link is supported per post
imageUrls
Add image URLs separated by a comma and a space.
Rules:
Up to 10 images per post
Supported formats include JPG and PNG
Follow platform-specific image size requirements
gifUrl
Add a single GIF URL.
Notes:
Only one GIF is allowed
Supported only on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X
videoUrls
Add video URLs separated by a comma and space.
Rules:
Up to 10 videos per post
Supported formats: MP4, MOV
Google Business Profile does not support videos
Media Rules (Critical)
Each post can contain only one media type:
Images or
One GIF or
Videos
Mixed media posts will fail to upload.
CSV Upload Limits
Maximum 90 posts per CSV/XLSX file
Files must be uploaded at least 10 minutes before the earliest scheduled post
Part 2: Uploading the CSV File
Step 1: Open Bulk Scheduling
Navigate to:
Marketing → Social Planner → Content → CSV
Step 2: Start a CSV Upload
Click New Post, then select Upload from CSV.
Step 3: Choose CSV Format Type
You must select one format before uploading.
Basic CSV Format
Supports:
Date and time
Caption content
Media URLs
OG link
Advanced CSV Format
Supports everything in Basic plus:
Stories, Reels, Shorts
Google Business Profile options
YouTube titles, privacy, and video types
TikTok settings (duet, stitch)
Pinterest board selection
Tags, categories, watermark
Follow-up comments
Step 4: Upload the File
Upload your CSV or XLSX file.
Formatting tips update automatically based on the selected format.
Part 3: Selecting Social Accounts
Choose the social accounts that match the platforms referenced in your CSV.
Part 4: Review, Fix Errors, and Schedule
Reviewing Uploaded Posts
Uploaded posts appear in a list view.
You can:
Expand posts to preview
Edit captions or media
Fix flagged errors before publishing
Error Detection and Resolution
Errors are clearly highlighted and must be resolved before scheduling.
Click the error indicator to see exactly what needs fixing.
Importing and Scheduling Posts
Once all errors are resolved:
Click Schedule
All valid posts are imported into the Social Planner
Bulk Deleting Scheduled Posts
How Bulk Delete Works
Bulk Delete allows you to remove multiple posts from the Planner at once.
Important:
Deleted posts remain live on social platforms
Published posts cannot be deleted
Public API supports up to 50 posts per request
Steps to Bulk Delete Posts
Open the Planner list view
Select one or more posts
Click Actions → Delete selected posts

Important Notes
Google Drive media links are not supported
Upload media to the Media Library and use those URLs instead
Only one media type is allowed per post
CSV imports are limited to 90 posts per file

Can I schedule posts for multiple platforms in one CSV?
Yes. One CSV can schedule posts for multiple platforms, as long as content and media follow platform rules.
What happens if my file has more than 90 posts?
Only 90 posts are allowed per file. Split larger schedules into multiple CSV files.
Can each post have a different scheduled time?
Yes. Each row controls its own publish date and time.
Why is my CSV upload failing?
Common causes include:
Incorrect date format
Mixed media types
Invalid media URLs
Missing required columns
Can I include hashtags and links in the content column?
Yes. Both are supported.
Can I use Google Drive links for media?
No. Google Drive links are not supported due to Google policy changes.
Can a post include both images and videos?
No. Each post supports only one media type.
