Use Social Planner on mobile if you need to:
Publish or schedule social posts while away from desktop
Manage multiple social accounts in one place

Access Social Planner
Open the Kyrios Mobile App.
Open the main navigation menu.
Tap Social Planner.
Social Planner Overview
The Social Planner screen includes:
Connected social accounts at the top
Calendar view for scheduled and published posts
Monthly, weekly, or list-style navigation
A + button for creating new posts
Connect Social Accounts
If your accounts were previously connected on the web app, they sync automatically.
To connect additional accounts:
Tap the + icon under Account(s).
Select one or more accounts.
Complete authentication if required.
Create a New Post
Tap the + button in Social Planner.
Choose the social accounts you want to post to.
Enter your post content.
Add Media to a Post
You can add images or videos from Media Storage or your device.
Open Media while creating a post.
Select existing media or upload new files.
Customize Posts Per Platform
You can customize content based on the selected platforms.
Toggle Customize Post to edit per channel.
Adjust captions or media per platform.
Platform-Specific Options
Google Business Profile
Only 1 image is allowed per post.
Image dimensions must be between 720x720 and 3000x3000.
Errors appear if limits are exceeded.
Facebook Options
Choose whether to post as a Feed or Reel.
Configure call-to-action options if available.
Advanced Settings
Advanced Settings allow additional control over your posts.
Available options include:
Watermark – apply branding to media
Media Optimization – auto-format media per platform
Categories – organize posts
Tags – label posts for filtering
Publish or Schedule Posts
When your post is ready, choose how it should be published.
Available options:
Post Now – publish immediately
Save for Later – save as a draft
Schedule Post – publish at a future date and time
Schedule Recurring Post – repeat on a schedule
Media Library Integration
Social Planner integrates directly with Media Storage for centralized media access.
From Media Storage, you can:
Upload images, videos, and files
Organize media into folders
Search, sort, and reuse media across posts

Confirm only one image is selected.
