How One-Click Upsells Work
One-click upsells:
Appear after an Order Form step
Use the customer’s previously authorized payment method
Require a button configured with One Click Up/Down Sell Product
Step 1: Open the Funnel You Want to Edit
Steps
Go to Sites > Funnels.
Select the funnel you want to update.
Result
You see the Funnels list and can access individual funnels.
Step 2: Add or Select an Upsell Funnel Step
Steps
Open the funnel.
Confirm the step order:
Order Form
Upsell
Click Add New Step if needed.
Select or create an Upsell step.
Click Edit to open the page editor.
Important
Upsell steps must come after an Order Form step.
Step 3: Add a Button to the Upsell Page
The button triggers the one-click purchase.
Steps
In the page editor, open Elements.
Drag a Button element onto the page.
Customize button text (example: “Yes, Add This to My Order”).
Step 4: Configure the Button for One-Click Purchase
Steps
Click the button.
In the right-hand panel, scroll to Button Actions.
Set Link To → One Click Up/Down Sell Product.
Step 5: Connect the Button to a Product
Steps
Select the Product from the dropdown.
Choose a Sale Action:
Go to the next step
Redirect to confirmation
Note
The product must already be attached to this funnel step to appear in the dropdown.
Step 6: Enable Test or Live Payment Mode
Before publishing, confirm payment mode.
Steps
Go to the funnel Settings tab.
Scroll to Payment Mode.
Toggle:
Test for testing
Live for real transactions
Save changes.
Step 7: Add an Order Confirmation Step (Required)
Customers must see a confirmation after the upsell.
Steps
Add an Order Confirmation funnel step.
Open the page editor.
Drag in the Order Confirmation element.
Result
Customers see a payment summary and confirmation after purchase.
Testing the One-Click Upsell
Recommended
Test in Test mode first
Then, perform a real transaction in Live mode using a valid card
This ensures:
Payment authorization works
Redirects function correctly
Upsell charges apply as expected

Product not showing in the dropdown
Attach the product to the funnel step first
Button click does nothing
Confirm button action is set to One Click Up/Down Sell Product
Upsell not charging
Verify funnel is in Live payment mode
Ensure a successful initial order occurred

Yes. You can add multiple upsell steps, each following a purchase step.

Yes. Any supported product type can be used as an upsell.
Why isn’t my product appearing in the page editor?
Products must be attached to the specific funnel step before they appear in button settings.
Can I track upsell performance?
Yes. Use the funnel Stats and Sales tabs to review conversions and revenue.
Do one-click upsells work on mobile?
