What Is an Order Upsell
An order upsell allows you to present an additional product after a customer selects or submits a paid form or survey.
The customer can accept the upsell with one click using the payment details they already entered.
Supported Use Cases
Order upsells work when:
A form or survey contains a Sell Products element.
The form or survey is added to a funnel as a native element.
The upsell is triggered using a button action in a following funnel step.
Order upsells do not work with externally embedded forms.
How Order Upsells Work in Kyrios
The customer completes a form or survey with a paid product.
Kyrios securely stores the payment intent.
A button in the next funnel step offers an upsell product.
If accepted, the upsell product is added to the same order.
The order summary reflects all purchased products.
No additional payment fields are required.
Step 1: Add a Product to the Form or Survey
Open the Form Builder or Survey Builder.
Drag the Sell Products element into the form.
Click Add Product and select the product to sell.
Configure pricing and product settings.
Save the form or survey.
Step 2: Add the Form or Survey to a Funnel
Open an existing funnel or create a new one.
Navigate to the desired funnel step.
Add the form or survey as a native form element.
Do not embed the form using a code snippet. Embedded forms do not support order upsells.
Step 3: Add an Upsell Button in the Next Funnel Step
Create or open the next funnel step after the form.
Drag in a Button element.
Set the button action to Upsell Product.
Select the upsell product.
Choose whether to continue to the next step or confirmation page.
The upsell is accepted with one click.
Step 4: Display the Order Summary
Ensure the funnel includes an Order Summary element.
The order summary automatically shows:
The original product
Any accepted upsell products
Updated total amount

Place the upsell immediately after the initial purchase step.
Offer a product that directly complements the original purchase.
Use clear, benefit-focused button text.
Test different upsell products to optimize conversion rate.
Common Issues and Fixes
Upsell button does nothing
Confirm the form or survey is added as a native funnel element, not embedded.
Upsell product does not appear
Verify the product exists and is active in the funnel step’s Products tab.
Order summary missing upsell
Ensure an Order Summary element is included in the funnel.
