What Are Order Upsells
Order Upsells allow you to:
Add products to a Form or Survey
Offer an additional product in the next funnel step
Let customers accept the upsell with a single click
Upsells work only when Forms or Surveys are added as native funnel elements.
Step 1: Add a Sell Products Element to the Form or Survey
Open the Form or Survey Builder.
Drag the Sell Products element into the form.
Click Add Product.
Select the product created in the funnel.
Save the form.
Step 2: Add the Form or Survey to the Funnel
Open the funnel.
Navigate to the desired step.
Add the Form or Survey as a Native Form element.
Do not embed the form using external code.
Step 3: Create the Upsell Step
Add a new step after the checkout step.
Design the upsell content.
Drag a Button element onto the page.
Set the button action to One click up/down sell product.
Select the upsell product.
Set the sale action to Go to Next Step.
Step 4: Display the Order Summary
In the confirmation step, add an Order Confirmation element.
Ensure it is placed below the checkout content.
The order summary automatically shows:
Original product
Accepted upsell product
Supported Product Types
One-time products
Bump products
Recurring products may have gateway limitations depending on payment provider.

Common Issues and Fixes
Upsell does not trigger
Ensure the form or survey is added as a native funnel element.
Product not selectable
Confirm the product exists in the funnel Products tab.

Verify an Order Confirmation element is present.
