Who This Is For / When to Use

Steps

Enter:
Location name
Phone number
Physical address
Click Save Location.
Online Meetings Limitation (Important)
Direct online meeting integrations are not supported in Locations.
What This Means
Zoom and Google Meet cannot be selected as dynamic meeting locations.
If you host online sessions, you must:
Create a static meeting link
Paste it into the Address field of the location
This workaround allows online sessions to function within the Locations system.
Managing Staff Schedules Across Locations
Locations only appear to customers when they are tied to staff availability.
Required Configuration
To make a location bookable:
Go to Calendar Settings → Services → Staff.
Select a staff member.
In Assign Services, choose the services they perform.
Open Weekly Working Hours.
Set:
Working hours
Service
Location for each time block
Staff members can work at multiple locations, each with different schedules.
Location Visibility Rule (Critical)
Locations are shown to clients during booking only if:
The location is linked to a staff member, and
That staff member has availability assigned for that location
If either condition is missing, the location will not appear in the booking flow.
