Avoid missed meetings and last-minute confusion with automatic alerts when an appointment is created without a meeting location or video link.

Updated over 2 months ago

Overview

Kyrios now notifies assigned users when an appointment is missing a meeting location or video link.

This can happen when:

  • A Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams integration fails

  • A custom meeting location field is left empty

  • An appointment is created manually without setting a location

With this update, users are alerted early so they can fix the issue before the meeting takes place.
