Use this integration if you want Kyrios to automatically create and attach Zoom meeting links to appointments scheduled through your calendars.
Overview of Zoom Integration
Once Zoom is connected, Kyrios generates a unique Zoom meeting link for each new booking on supported calendar types. The link is automatically included in the appointment details and notifications.

Access to the Zoom account you want to connect
Permission to manage calendar connections in Kyrios
How to Connect Your Zoom Account
Step 1: Open Calendar Connections
Go to Calendars → Calendar Settings → Connections.
Step 2: Open the Video Conferencing Tab
Select Video Conferencing to view available providers.
Step 3: Connect Zoom
Click Connect next to Zoom.
Step 4: Sign in to Zoom
Log in using your Zoom credentials to authorize the connection.
Step 5: Confirm Successful Connection
A confirmation message appears once Zoom is connected successfully.
How to Add Zoom Links to a Calendar
Step 1: Confirm Zoom Is Connected
Verify that your Zoom account is connected under Calendar Settings → Connections.
Step 2: Open the Calendar You Want to Update
Go to Calendars, locate the calendar, and click the edit (pencil) icon.
Step 3: Set Meeting Location to Zoom
Under Select Team Member & Assign Meeting Location, open the Meeting location dropdown and choose Zoom.
Step 4: Save the Calendar
Click Save to apply the changes.
Supported Calendar Types
Dynamic Zoom links are supported only for:
Round Robin calendars
Collective calendars
Limitations
Only one Zoom account can be connected per subaccount.
Dynamic Zoom links are not supported for Event or Class Booking calendars.
Using Zoom With Unsupported Calendar Types
For Event & Class Booking calendars:
Generate a Zoom meeting link directly in Zoom.
Edit the calendar.
Set Meeting location to Custom.
Paste the Zoom meeting link manually.
Common Issues and Fixes
Zoom Links Are Not Being Generated
Confirm the calendar type is Round Robin or Collective.
Verify Zoom is still connected.
Zoom Connection Stopped Working
If you change your Zoom password, the integration disconnects automatically.
Fix:
Go to Calendar Settings → Connections.
Disconnect Zoom.
Click Connect and sign in again.
