Use this feature if you:
Run engagement ads on WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram.
Want to turn existing conversations or posts into ads quickly.
Prefer launching ads without rebuilding creatives from scratch.
Manage ads and social content inside Kyrios.
Entry Point: WhatsApp Engagement Ads
Where to Find It
Go to Marketing.
Open WhatsApp.
Select the Numbers tab.
Click Create Engagement Ad.
Redirect Confirmation
A confirmation modal appears.
Click Continue to proceed.
You are redirected to Ad Manager to complete setup.
Entry Point: Social Planner → Run as Ad
You can launch ads from existing social posts in multiple locations.
Planner View
Go to Marketing > Social Planner.
Locate a post in Planner or Content view.
Click the ⋮ menu.
Select Run as Ad.
Content and Approval Views
The Run as Ad option is also available:
In Content > Approval.
In the Post Details sidebar.
Redirect to Ad Manager
Click Run as Ad.
Confirm the redirect modal.
Continue to Ad Manager.
What Happens in Ad Manager
When redirected:
Campaign objective defaults to Engagement.
Destination is pre-selected (WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram).
Media and captions are automatically pre-filled from the source content.
You can edit all fields before publishing.

Subscription and Access Requirements
Ad Manager must be enabled on the account.
If not active, a subscription modal appears.
The modal explains required access and upgrade options.
Common Issues and Fixes
Run as Ad Not Visible
Confirm the post status is eligible.
Ensure the platform is supported.
Redirect Does Not Complete
Disable popup blockers.
Refresh and retry the action.
No Caption Pulled into Ad
Posts without captions require manual ad copy entry.

What happens if Ad Manager is not enabled?
A subscription prompt appears with instructions to activate Ad Manager.
Can I edit the ad after it is pre-filled?
Yes. All ad fields can be edited before publishing.
Are video posts supported?
Yes. Video media is automatically included in the ad setup.
What campaign type is created?
Engagement campaigns are created by default.
Can I choose the ad platform?
Yes. Platform selection is available inside Ad Manager.
Does this use existing post content?
Yes. Media and captions are pulled automatically and remain editable.
How are carousel posts handled?
Carousel media is imported, but you should review the ad preview before publishing.
