Where to Find TikTok Comments

Access TikTok comments from the Comment Management view.

  1. Go to Marketing → Social Planner

  2. Open the Comments tab

  3. Select TikTok from the platform list

Respond to TikTok comments directly from the unified inbox.

  1. Open a TikTok post inside the Comments tab

  2. View all comments and replies

  3. Click Reply under a comment

  4. Enter your response

  5. Submit the reply

Replies are posted instantly to TikTok.

Threaded Replies Support

TikTok comment threads support limited nesting.

  • Supports 1 level of threaded replies

  • You can reply to a top-level comment

  • Nested replies beyond one level are not supported

Platform Requirements and Limitations

TikTok comment management has the following constraints:

  • Only supported for TikTok Business Profiles

  • Maximum comment length: 150 characters

  • Media attachments in replies are not supported

  • Only one-level replies are supported
