Use Comment Management if you:
Publish posts using Social Planner.
Want to respond to comments from one dashboard.
Manage engagement across multiple social platforms.
Need faster, centralized comment replies.
Accessing Comments in Social Planner
Go to Marketing from the left sidebar.
Select Social Planner.
Click the Comments tab.
Viewing Comments by Social Platform
Comments are grouped by connected social platforms.
Select a platform from the left panel to filter comments.
The comment count indicator shows unread or recent activity.
Viewing Comments on a Post
Select a post from the comments list.
All comments and replies for that post are displayed.
Click View More Comments to load additional replies if available.
Replying to Comments
Scroll to the reply box under the comment thread.
Type your response.
Click Send to publish the reply.
Replies are posted directly to the original social platform.
Filtering Comments
Use filters at the top of the Comments view to:
Switch between All Comments and Top Comments.
Search comments by keyword.
Narrow results by date range.
Filters help prioritize high-engagement conversations.
Supported Actions
Within Comment Management, you can:
View comments from posts published via Social Planner.
Reply to comments directly.
Like comments (platform dependent).
Common Issues and Fixes
Comments Not Appearing
Ensure the post was published via Social Planner.
Confirm the social account is still connected.
Cannot Reply to a Comment
Check platform permissions.
Refresh the page and try again.
Missing Older Comments
Adjust the date range filter.
Use View More Comments if available.
