Adding and Using Products in Forms

Learn how to add products to Kyrios forms, configure payments, enable bump products, coupons, and manage product display and checkout behavior.

Who This Is For / When to Use

Use this when you want to:

  • Sell one or more products directly through a form

  • Allow quantity, variants, and inventory-aware purchases

  • Add order bump products to increase average order value

  • Accept payments with coupons and tax calculation


Prerequisites

Before adding products to a form:

  • A product must exist under Payments > Products.

  • (Optional) Coupons must be created under Payments > Coupons if you plan to offer discounts.


Access the Forms Builder

  1. Go to Sites in the left navigation.

  2. Select Forms.

  3. Click + Add Form or open an existing form.


Add the Sell Products Element

  1. In the form builder, click the + icon.

  2. Under Payments, drag Sell Products onto the form canvas.

The Sell Products element displays the checkout area and product list.


Connect Payments and Set Mode

  1. Select the Sell Products element.

  2. Click Connect if a payment gateway is not connected.

  3. Toggle Live mode:

    • OFF = Test payments

    • ON = Real payments


Add Products to the Form

  1. In the right settings panel, click Add Product.

  2. Select a product from the list.

  3. The product appears inside the form with price and quantity controls.

You can add up to 20 products to a single form.


Product Display and Variants

When a product supports variants:

  • Users can select size, color, or other options.

  • Quantity selectors respect inventory limits.

If inventory runs out, the product becomes unavailable on the form.


Enable and Configure Coupons

  1. Select the Sell Products element.

  2. Scroll to Coupons.

  3. Toggle Enable Coupon.

  4. Choose coupon alignment (Left, Right, or Full Width).

Customers can enter valid coupon codes during checkout.


Add a Bump Product (Optional)

Bump products are optional add-ons shown during checkout.

  1. Click Add Product.

  2. Choose Bump Product as the product type.

  3. Configure:

    • Headline

    • OTO text

    • Image

    • Pricing display


Customize Bump Product Style

  1. Enable Bump Products in the settings panel.

  2. Select an Order Bump Style:

    • Modern

    • Classic

  3. Choose a template and customize colors, icons, and text.

The bump product preview updates live inside the form.


Bump Product Layout and Selection

  • Choose Modern or Classic bump style.

  • Control layout width and column display.

  • Choose Single or Multi product selection

This determines how bump offers appear to customers.


Customize Form Layout and Styling

  1. Open the Styles tab.

  2. Adjust layout type, field width, spacing, and padding.

  3. Preview changes in real time.


Save and Preview the Form

  1. Click Save.

  2. Use Preview to test product selection and checkout.

  3. Publish or embed the form as needed.


Tracking Payments and Orders

For each submission:

  • Payment amount, order ID, and status are recorded.

  • Click the Order ID to view full order details.

  • Export submission data from the Submissions tab.


Common Issues and Fixes

Products not showing on the form

  • Confirm at least one product is added.

  • Verify the payment gateway is connected.

Coupons not applying

  • Ensure the coupon exists under Payments > Coupons.

  • Confirm coupon is enabled on the form.

Payments failing in test mode

  • Confirm Live mode is OFF.

  • Use supported test card details.


Important Notes

  • NMI and Authorize.net require the First Name field on payment forms.

  • Refund amounts are not currently captured.

  • The legacy API-based Stripe connection is not supported.

  • Payment elements do not display inside calendar booking forms.

  • Multi-payment support in funnel-native forms is not available.

  • Undo/Redo is not supported for payment elements.


FAQ

How do I add products to a form?

Drag the Sell Products element into a form, connect payments, and use Add Product to select products.

Can I add recurring products?

Yes. Create a recurring product under Payments > Products, then add it to the form.

Can I customize how products look?

Yes. You can change layouts, images, descriptions, variants, and styling.

What payment details are tracked?

Each submission records payment amount, order ID, and payment status.

Can I apply coupons to products?

Yes. Enable coupons on the form and ensure the coupon exists under Payments > Coupons.

What happens if inventory runs out?

The product is automatically hidden from the form to prevent overselling.
