You can now connect Calendly to your Kyrios account to automatically import Calendly events and take action using Kyrios tools.

Who This Is For / When to Use

  • You already use Calendly to book meetings.

  • You want Calendly events to appear as appointments in Kyrios.

  • You want to trigger conversations, automations, or marketing from Calendly bookings.


What’s New

Calendly can now be directly connected to Kyrios to import events automatically.

What This Enables

  • Calendly events are imported into Kyrios as appointments.

  • Imported events can be used with:

    • Contacts

    • Conversations

    • Automations

    • Marketing tools

  • Each new Calendly booking becomes actionable inside Kyrios.


How to Connect Calendly

Follow these steps to connect your Calendly account.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Calendars.

  2. Open Calendar Settings.

  3. Go to Connections.

  4. Click Add New.

  5. Choose Calendly and click Connect.

  6. Sign in to Calendly and grant access.

  7. Select the calendars you want to import events from.

  8. Check the consent box and click Save.

Only events created after the integration is set up will be imported.


Selecting Calendars and Importing Events

After authentication, you must choose which Calendly calendars will sync.

How It Works

  • You can select one or more Calendly calendars.

  • Only selected calendars will import events.

  • Events are fetched and created as appointments in Kyrios.


Important Notes

  • Only events created after setup are imported.

  • Events created before connecting Calendly will not sync.

  • Imported events allow you to take immediate action inside Kyrios.

Can I choose which Calendly calendars to sync?

Yes. You can select specific calendars during setup.
