You received a Google review that violates Google review policies.
You want to dispute a review without leaving Kyrios.

When You Should Report a Google Review
You should report a Google review if it:
Contains spam, promotional, or irrelevant content.
Uses offensive, hateful, or inappropriate language.
Is fake or does not reflect a real customer experience.
Violates Google’s published review policies.
Google reviews are only removed if they clearly violate policy. Reporting a review does not guarantee removal.
How to Report a Google Review from the Conversations Inbox
Step 1: Open the Conversations Inbox
Log in to your Kyrios account.
Navigate to Conversations.
Search for the contact associated with the Google review.
Step 2: Select the Review to Dispute
Open the conversation containing the Google review.
Click Dispute this review below the review content.
Step 3: Confirm Your Google Business Account
You will be redirected to Google’s review management flow.
Confirm the Google email used to manage your Business Profile.
Confirm the correct business listing.
Step 4: Choose an Action
Select one of the following options:
Report a new review for takedown
Check the status of a previously reported review
Step 5: Submit the Review for Takedown
Select the review from the list.
Click View on Maps if you need to confirm the review.
Submit the takedown request.
Google may take up to 72 hours to evaluate the request.
How to Check the Status of a Reported Review
Step 1: Open Review Status
In the Google review flow, choose Check the status of a review I reported previously.
View the list of submitted reviews and their current status.
Step 2: Review the Decision
Each review will show one of the following statuses:
Under review
Removed
No policy violation found
If no policy violation is found, Google will keep the review live.
Appealing a Rejected Review
If Google determines there is no policy violation:
You may submit one appeal per review.
Appeals request a second manual assessment by Google.
Appeals are only available for reviews already reviewed by Google.
Important Limitations and Notes
Google limits how many reviews appear in the dispute tool.
Accounts managing a large number of listings may not have access.
Reviews not generated through Kyrios must be disputed directly through Google.
Kyrios does not control Google’s review decisions.

Open the Conversations inbox, locate the contact, click Dispute this review, confirm your Google Business account, and submit the review for takedown.
What types of reviews can I report?
You can report reviews that are spam, fake, offensive, misleading, or violate Google review policies.
How long does Google take to review a dispute?
Most reviews are evaluated within 72 hours, but timing can vary.
Can I appeal a rejected review?
Yes. If Google finds no policy violation, you can submit one appeal for a second assessment.
Can I dispute multiple reviews at once?
Google allows bulk appeals of up to 10 previously rejected reviews using their official Review Management Tool.
What happens after I submit a dispute?
