Google Ads Reporting displays campaign performance metrics from your connected Google Ads account, including impressions, clicks, conversions, costs, and conversion rates.

Who This Is For / When to Use

This report is for account owners and marketers who run Google Ads and want to review ad performance data directly inside Kyrios.

Use this report after integrating a Google account with administrator-level access to Google Ads.


Prerequisites

Before data appears in the Google Ads Report, confirm the following:

  • A Google account is connected in Kyrios.

  • The connected Google account is registered on Google Ads.

  • The Google account has maximum administrator permissions.

If admin permissions are missing, reporting data will not load.


Step 1: Accessing the Google Ads Report

  1. Open Reporting from the left-hand menu.

  2. Click Google Ads Report from the list of integrated platforms.

  3. Select a date range in the top-right corner.

  4. Click the checkmark to confirm the date range and load data.


Step 2: Understanding the Report Overview

At the top of the report, you will see performance graphs for:

  • Impressions

  • Clicks

  • Conversions

These charts provide a visual overview of ad performance for the selected time period.


Key Metrics Available

Below the charts, the report displays key performance metrics, including:

  • Client Spends

  • Average CPC (Cost Per Click)

  • Cost per Conversion

  • Conversion Rate

These metrics help evaluate ad efficiency and return on ad spend.


Campaign-Level Data Table

The bottom section of the report shows detailed performance data broken down by:

  • Campaigns

  • Ad Groups

  • Ads

  • Keywords

You can review and compare performance metrics across different advertising levels to identify top-performing assets.


Filtering and Refreshing Data

  • You can adjust the date range at any time to refresh the report.

  • Re-running the report with a new date range loads the most up-to-date data available from Google Ads.


Running a One-Day Report

To view reporting data for a single day:

  1. Set the start date and end date to the same day.

  2. Confirm the date selection.

If both dates are not selected, metrics will not appear.


Common Issues and Fixes

Reporting Metrics Do Not Appear

Cause: Start and end dates are not both selected.

Fix: Set the same date as both start and end, then confirm.

Missing or Incomplete Data

Cause: The connected Google account does not have administrator permissions.

Fix: Ensure the connected Google account has maximum admin access in Google Ads.

Data Is Not Updating

Cause: Cached or previously loaded date range.

Fix: Change the date range or revisit the report to refresh data.

  • Use campaign, ad group, or keyword-level views to isolate performance issues.

  • Compare multiple date ranges to identify trends over time.

  • Regularly refresh reports to ensure the latest data is displayed.

  • Monitor impressions, clicks, and conversions together to understand funnel performance.
