How to Edit Team Subject Lines
Open Settings
Select Team Notifications
Edit the Email Subject fields for each notification type
Result:
Internal users receive clearer, status-specific email notifications.

Subject lines can also be adjusted inside individual documents.
Open a document or template
Click the Settings icon
Edit the Email Subject field
This overrides the global setting for that document only.
