FAQ
Can I create different inventory levels for each denomination?
No. Inventory applies equally across all denominations. For example, setting inventory to 100 means each denomination has 100 available units.
Can gift cards be edited after creation?
Yes. Gift card products can be edited, archived, or deactivated at any time. Deactivation stops new sales but does not affect already issued gift cards.
Can customers schedule gift card delivery?
Yes. Customers buying for someone else can choose immediate or scheduled delivery. Scheduled gift cards remain inactive until the delivery time.
Can gift cards be used for subscriptions?
Yes. Gift cards can be applied to subscription checkouts, but customers must also provide a payment method for future recurring charges.
Where can I see all gift card transactions?
All gift cards appear in the Gift Card Orders section, showing balances, statuses, expiry dates, and redemption history.
Can gift cards be redeemed across all checkouts?
Gift cards can be redeemed on any checkout that supports the gift card redemption element, as long as at least one gift card product exists.
Can I issue multiple gift cards at once?
No. Each send action issues one gift card to one customer.
Can I customize the gift card email?
Yes. Gift card emails use your brand styling, uploaded artwork, and the personal message included during purchase or send.
