Create and manage Brand Boards to centralize your logos, colors, typography, and brand voice for consistent use across Kyrios.

Who This Is For / When to Use

Use Brand Boards if you want consistent branding across websites, funnels, emails, and AI-generated content within your Kyrios account.


What Is a Brand Board

A Brand Board stores your brand’s visual and messaging assets in one place.

A Brand Board can include:

  • Logos

  • Brand colors

  • Typography

  • Brand Voice

These assets are reused across supported tools in Kyrios.


Accessing Brand Boards

Brand Boards are located in the Marketing section.

  1. Go to Marketing.

  2. Select Brand Boards.


Brand Boards Sections Overview

Brand Boards contain two main sections.

  • Design Kit: Visual brand assets

  • Brand Voice: Messaging tone and communication style


Creating a New Design Kit

Design Kits define your visual identity.

  1. Open the Design Kit tab.

  2. Click + Add Design Kit.


Choosing a Brand Board Style

You can start from a blank board or use a predefined style.

  1. Select a style template or Start from blank.

  2. Click Continue.


Adding Logos

You can upload up to two logos per Brand Board.

  1. Open the Logos section.

  2. Upload Logo 1 and Logo 2.

Supported formats: SVG, PNG, JPG, GIF (max 10 MB).


Where Logos Are Stored

Uploaded logos are saved automatically in your media library.

  • Logos are grouped by Brand Board name

  • Logos can be reused in other tools


Adding Brand Colors

Brand Boards support up to 10 colors.

  1. Open the Colors section.

  2. Click + Add.

  3. Enter or select a color.

  4. Rename the color if needed.


Global Custom Colors

Global Custom Colors make brand colors available across all color pickers.

  1. Click Global Settings.

  2. Open Custom Colors.

  3. Add, edit, or remove colors.

Changes apply to future designs.


Adding Typography

You can add up to five fonts per Brand Board.

  1. Open the Typography section.

  2. Click + Add.

  3. Select a font from the dropdown.


Typography Preview

Typography previews show how fonts will appear across designs. This helps confirm readability and brand consistency.


Saving and Setting a Default Brand Board

You can save and set a Brand Board as default.

  • Default Brand Boards appear first in selectors

  • Only one default Brand Board can exist per account


Brand Voice Overview

Brand Voice defines how your brand communicates.

Brand Voice includes:

  • Tone of voice

  • Target audience

  • Brand values and promise


Creating a Brand Voice Manually

You can define Brand Voice from scratch.

  1. Go to Brand Voice.

  2. Click + Add Brand Voice.

  3. Select Start from Scratch.


Brand Voice from Text or URL

You can generate a Brand Voice automatically using AI.

  1. Select Text or URL.

  2. Enter a 50–100 word brand description or website URL.

  3. Click Continue.

The Brand Voice opens ready for editing.


Editing Brand Voice Details

You can edit all Brand Voice fields after creation.

Editable fields include:

  • Brand name and business type

  • Tone of voice

  • Target audience

  • Customer pain points

  • Brand values


Using Brand Boards Across Kyrios

Brand Boards integrate with multiple tools.

  • Websites & Funnels: Colors, fonts, and logos appear automatically

  • Emails: Brand assets are available during design

  • AI Tools: Brand Voice powers AI-generated content


Common Issues and Fixes

Colors not updating in existing designs

  • Brand Board updates apply only to new designs

Fonts not appearing in editors

  • Confirm the Brand Board is saved

  • Verify the board is set as default

Brand Voice not available in AI tools

  • Ensure the Brand Voice is saved

  • Select it explicitly in AI settings

How many logos, colors, and fonts can I add?

You can add up to 2 logos, 10 colors, and 5 fonts per Brand Board.

Can I create multiple Brand Boards?

Yes. You can manage multiple Brand Boards and set one as default.

Will changes affect existing designs?

No. Existing designs remain unchanged unless manually edited.

Can I rename colors and fonts?

Yes. You can rename colors and fonts for better organization.
