What Brand Boards Include
Each Brand Board can store:
Up to 2 logos
Up to 10 colors (minimum 2 required)
Up to 5 fonts (minimum 1 required)
Brand Boards are used as quick-access sources in:
Email Builder
Funnels and Websites
Color picker and font picker
Media Library (logos)
Where to Find Brand Boards
Navigate to Marketing.
Select Brand Boards.
Create a New Brand Board
Click + New.
Choose a starting style or select Start from blank.
Click Continue.
You can change the selected style later.
Add Logos
Open the Logos tab.
Click the pencil icon next to Logo 1 or Logo 2.
Upload your logo files.
Supported formats: SVG, PNG, JPG, GIF (max 10 MB per file).
Logos added here are automatically available in the Media Library under a folder named after the Brand Board.
Add Brand Colors
Open the Colors tab.
Click Add.
Enter or select brand colors.
Rules:
Maximum: 10 colors
Minimum: 2 colors required
Colors saved here appear first in all Kyrios color pickers.
Add Typography
Open the Typography tab.
Click Add.
Select or upload fonts.
Rules:
Maximum: 5 fonts
Minimum: 1 font required
Fonts saved here appear first in font pickers.
Save and Set Default
Enter a Brand Board name.
(Optional) Click Set as default.
Click Save Board.
The default Brand Board is used automatically unless another board is selected.
How Brand Boards Are Used
Email Builder: Logos, colors, and fonts are available instantly.
Funnels & Websites: Brand colors appear in the color picker.
Color Picker: Includes an eyedropper tool and saved custom colors.
Media Library: Logos are stored in a dedicated Brand Board folder.
Common Issues and Fixes
Changes did not update existing designs
Brand Board updates do not retroactively change existing emails, funnels, or pages.
Fix: Manually update existing designs if changes are required.

Will changing a Brand Board update existing emails or funnels?
No. Updates only affect future use in color pickers and font pickers. Existing designs remain unchanged.
What are the limits for logos, colors, and fonts?
Each Brand Board supports up to 2 logos, 10 colors, and 5 fonts.
Where do uploaded logos appear?
Uploaded logos appear in the Media Library inside a folder named after the Brand Board. Old logos can be removed from the Media Library if needed.
