What Is a Brand Board
A Brand Board stores your approved brand assets—logos, colors, and typography—in one centralized place. These assets appear inside color pickers, font selectors, and media tools throughout your account.
Each Brand Board can contain:
Up to 2 logos
Up to 10 colors
Up to 5 fonts
Before You Start: Enable Brand Colors (Required)
Brand Boards require the Brand Colors feature to be enabled.
Steps
Go to Settings
Open Labs
Enable Brand Colors
Where to Access Brand Boards
You can access Brand Boards from two locations in your account.
Option 1: From Marketing
Open Marketing
Click Brand Boards
Option 2: From Settings
Go to Settings
Select Brand Boards
Create a New Brand Board
Steps
Click + New
Choose a board style or select Start from blank
Click Continue
Add Logos to a Brand Board
You can upload up to 2 logos per Brand Board.
Steps
Open the Logos tab
Click the edit (pencil) icon
Upload or select logos from the media library
Supported formats: SVG, PNG, JPG, GIF
Maximum file size: 10 MB
Add and Manage Brand Colors
Colors saved in a Brand Board appear directly inside the Kyrios color picker.
Steps
Open the Colors tab
Click + Add
Select a color using the picker or hex value
Rename Colors (Recommended)
Rename colors to meaningful labels like Primary, Secondary, or Action to avoid memorizing hex codes.
Rules
Minimum: 2 colors required
Maximum: 10 colors allowed
Add Typography (Fonts)
Fonts saved here appear in text editors across Kyrios.
Steps
Open the Typography tab
Click + Add
Select fonts from the dropdown
Rules
Minimum: 1 font required
Maximum: 5 fonts allowed
Save or Set a Default Brand Board
Options
Click Save Board to keep changes
Click Set as default to make this the primary board used across your account
Where Brand Board Assets Are Used
Brand Board assets are available in:
Funnel and website builders
Email editors
Color pickers
Font selectors
Media library (logos)
Logos are automatically stored in a media folder named after the Brand Board.
Common Issues and Fixes
Brand Board not visible
Ensure Brand Colors is enabled in Labs
Refresh the page after enabling
Colors not updating existing assets
Brand Boards do not retroactively update existing designs
FAQ
Will changing Brand Board colors update existing emails or funnels?
No. Brand Board updates only affect future selections in the color picker. Existing designs remain unchanged.
What are the limits per Brand Board?
Each Brand Board supports:
2 logos
10 colors
5 fonts
Where are uploaded logos stored?
A dedicated folder is created in the media library using the Brand Board name. Logos can be reused or deleted from there at any time.
