What a Brand Board Controls
A Brand Board stores reusable brand assets that can be applied across your account.
A Brand Board can include:
Primary logo
Footer logo
Brand color palette (up to 10 colors)
Typography (up to 5 fonts)
Each Brand Board can be edited at any time.
How to Access Brand Boards
You can open Brand Boards from two locations.
Option 1: From Marketing
Open Marketing from the left navigation.
Click Brand Boards in the top menu.
Option 2: From Settings
Open Settings from the left navigation.
Scroll to Brand Boards.
Click Brand Boards.
Both paths open the same Brand Boards list.
How to Open a Brand Board for Editing
Locate the Brand Board you want to update.
Click the three-dot menu on the right side of the row.
Select Edit board.
You can also double-click the Brand Board name to open it.
Editing Logos
Logos are managed from the Logos tab inside the Brand Board editor.
You can:
Upload or replace the primary logo
Upload or replace the footer logo
Supported formats: SVG, PNG, JPG, GIF
βMaximum file size: 10 MB
Important:
Deleting an old logo must be done from Media Storage, not from the Brand Board.
Editing Brand Colors
Colors are managed from the Colors tab.
You can:
Add up to 10 colors
Rename colors
Enter HEX values manually
Remove unused colors
Saved colors become available in color pickers across the platform.
Editing Typography
Typography is managed from the Typography tab.
You can:
Add up to 5 fonts
Remove fonts you no longer use
Preview fonts directly in the Brand Board
Saved fonts appear in supported editors across your account.
Saving Changes
Changes are not applied until saved.
To save:
Click Save template in the top-right corner.
(Optional) Click Set as default to make this Brand Board the default for the account.
FAQ
Can I delete a Brand Board?
Yes. Open the three-dot menu on the Brand Board list and select Delete.
Can I duplicate a Brand Board?
Yes. Use the Clone board from the three-dot menu to create a copy.
Does editing a Brand Board update existing content?
Edited Brand Boards affect future usage. Existing assets are not retroactively changed unless reapplied.
