What Is the Default Brand Board?
The default Brand Board is the primary brand configuration used across Kyrios.
When a Brand Board is set as the default:
Its colors appear first in the color pickers
Its fonts appear first in font selectors
Its logos open first in the Media Library
If you do not manually choose a Brand Board in a builder, Kyrios uses the default one.
Important:
The first Brand Board you create is automatically set as the default.
When Should You Change the Default Brand Board?
Change the default Brand Board when:
Your brand guidelines change (new logo, colors, or fonts)
You operate multiple brands inside the same account
You want a different visual style to be used by default in builders
Recommendation:
For seasonal or temporary designs (such as holiday themes), create a separate Brand Board instead of replacing your default.
How to Access Brand Boards
You can open Brand Boards from two locations.
Option 1: From Marketing
Go to Marketing
Click Brand Boards
Option 2: From Settings
Go to Settings
Click Brand Boards
Set a Brand Board as Default (List View)
Use this method if you are viewing all Brand Boards.
Locate the Brand Board you want to make the default
Click the three-dot menu on the right
Select Set as default
The selected Brand Board immediately becomes the default.
Set a Brand Board as Default (Edit Mode)
Use this method if you are already editing a Brand Board.
Open the Brand Board
Click Set as default in the top-right corner
Click Save board
How to Confirm the Default Brand Board
A Brand Board marked as default shows a Default label in the list view.
Only one Brand Board can be set as the default at a time.
Common Issues and Fixes
The default option is disabled
Make sure the Brand Board is saved
You cannot set an unsaved board as the default
Changes are not reflected in the builders
Refresh the builder
Confirm the correct Brand Board shows the Default label

Does changing the default Brand Board update existing content?
No. It only affects new selections in builders. Existing emails or pages are not modified.
Can I have more than one default Brand Board?
No. Only one Brand Board can be set as the default per account.
What happens if I delete the default Brand Board?
Kyrios automatically assigns another available Brand Board as the default.
