Use this guide if you are setting up a branded iOS and Android mobile app for your Client Portal and need to complete branding, profile details, submission, and review steps.
What the Branded Mobile App Builder Does
The Branded Mobile App Builder allows you to create a fully branded mobile app for your Client Portal without custom development.
Key capabilities:
iOS and Android app publishing
Full branding control (icon, colors, onboarding)
Progress tracking with step-by-step status
In-app notifications for missing or failed requirements
Step 1: Subscribe to the Branded Mobile App
Start by subscribing to the Branded Mobile App feature.
Navigate to Sites in the left menu.
Open Client Portal.
Select Branded Mobile App.
Click Get Started.
Complete the subscription payment.
Once payment is successful, you will be guided into the app setup workflow.
Step 2: Understand the App Setup Progress Tracker
After payment, the Branded Mobile App Builder displays a step-by-step progress tracker.
Progress indicators:
Completed steps are marked as done
Active steps show the current required action
Failed steps require corrections before proceeding
Each step must be completed in order to move forward.
Step 3: Complete Branding and Profile Information
In the Branding and Profile sections, you must provide all required app details.
Required information includes:
App icon (1024 × 1024 PNG)
App name and branding colors
Carousel images for onboarding
Support email and support URL
Business contact information
Ensure all fields are accurate and match your brand guidelines.
Step 4: App Icon, Carousel, and Store Assets
Upload all required visual assets for your app.
Asset requirements:
App Icon: 1024 × 1024 PNG
Carousel Images: 392 × 440 SVG
Play Store Banner: 1024 × 500 PNG or JPG
Incorrect image sizes or formats may cause review failure.
Step 5: Submit App Details for Review
Once branding and profile details are complete:
Review all entered information carefully.
Click Submit to send the app for review.
Important:
After submission, branding details cannot be edited unless the review fails.
Submitted details are used for store deployment.
Step 6: Monitor Review Status and Notifications
During the review process, you may receive system notifications.
Notifications are triggered when:
Required details are missing
Asset dimensions are incorrect
Review fails or needs correction
Always open notifications to see exactly what needs to be fixed.
Step 7: Fix Review Failures (If Applicable)
If your app review fails, Kyrios will display specific feedback.
Common reasons for failure:
Incorrect image dimensions
Missing branding information
Invalid support URLs
Fix the listed issues and resubmit the app for review.
Step 8: Book a 2FA Slot
After a successful review:
Schedule a 2FA slot.
Be available during the selected time.
Provide the authentication code sent via SMS or email.
This step allows Kyrios to complete store submission securely.
Step 9: App Submitted to Stores and Live Status
Once 2FA is completed, the app is submitted to Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
When approved:
App store links appear in the dashboard
App status changes to Live
You can now share your app with users.

What should I do if I notice an error after submission?
If the review fails, Kyrios will allow you to fix the flagged issues and resubmit. You cannot edit details unless a review failure occurs.
How long does the review process take?
Internal review typically takes up to 5 business days. Store reviews may take additional time.
Can I change branding after submission?
No. Branding details are locked after submission unless the review fails.
How will I know when my app is live?
You will receive an in-app notification, and app store links will appear once the app is approved.
How long does store approval take?
Google Play typically takes 3–7 business days. Apple App Store typically takes 5–10 business days.
How are app status updates delivered?
Updates are sent through in-app notifications and email.
What is a D-U-N-S Number and why is it required?
A D-U-N-S Number is a business identifier required to create organizational developer accounts for Apple and Google app publishing.
