Documents & Contracts in the Kyrios Mobile App let you create, send, view, and manage documents using pre-built templates, collect signatures, and track document status on the go.

Who This Is For / When to Use

Use Documents & Contracts on mobile if you need to:

  • Send contracts, estimates, or documents while away from desktop

  • Collect in-person signatures

  • View document status and payments

  • Upload and manage files directly on a contact record


Access Documents & Contracts

  1. Open the Kyrios Mobile App.

  2. Open the main navigation menu.

  3. Tap Documents & Contracts.


View All Documents

The All Documents tab shows all drafts, sent documents, and completed documents.

Available tools include:

  • Search documents by name

  • Filter by status

  • Filter by date


Create a New Document

Documents on mobile can only be created from existing templates.

Start a New Document

  1. From All Documents, tap the + button.

  2. Select a template from the Templates list.

Note: Templates must be created and published from the Kyrios web app.


Add Products or Line Items

When creating or updating a document, you can add items from your product catalog.

  1. Use Catalog to select existing products.

  2. Search products by name.

  3. Adjust quantities and variants as needed.

You can also manually add or edit items during document updates.


Review and Send the Document

Before sending, review all details including recipients, items, pricing, and payment settings.

You can:

  • Enable or disable direct payment

  • Add discounts

  • Confirm total amount due

Tap Send to proceed.


Share a Document

After sending, documents can be shared in multiple ways:

  • Email the document

  • Generate a shareable link


View Document Actions

Each document includes additional actions accessed from the three-dot menu.

Available actions may include:

  • View

  • View as recipient

  • Clone

  • Download PDF

  • Convert to template

  • Share via link


Use "View As" for In-Person Signing

The View as option allows you to open the document as a specific recipient.

  1. Open the document menu.

  2. Tap View as.

  3. Select the recipient.

This mode is required for collecting in-person signatures.


Collect In-Person Signatures

When viewing a document as the recipient:

  • Required fields are highlighted

  • Signers can draw or type their signature

  • Date fields must be completed

Once completed, the document updates automatically.


Docs & Files in Contact Profiles

Each contact includes a Docs & Files tab for storing related documents.

From this tab, you can:

  • View sent and received documents

  • Upload internal or shared files

  • Keep documents linked to the contact record


Upload Files to a Contact

You can upload files directly to a contact profile.

  1. Open the contact.

  2. Go to Docs & Files.

  3. Tap Upload.

Upload limits:

  • Up to 10 files at once

  • Maximum total size: 250 MB


Common Issues and Fixes

I don’t see any templates

Templates must be created and published from the Kyrios web app before they appear on mobile.

The document is not ready for signing

Refresh the document list and confirm the status shows Sent before using View as.


FAQ

Can I create a document from scratch on the mobile app?

No. Documents can only be created from templates that already exist in the Kyrios web app.

Where do I find my drafts and sent documents?

All drafts and sent documents appear under the All Documents tab.

Can I add products to documents on mobile?

Yes. You can add items from your product catalog during document creation or updates.

How do I collect an in-person signature?

Open the document, select View as, choose the recipient, and hand your device to the signer.

How many files can I upload to a contact?

You can upload up to 10 files at a time, with a maximum total size of 250 MB.
