Estimates – Mobile App

The Estimates feature in the Kyrios Mobile App lets you create, send, track, and manage estimates, enable direct payments, and download estimate PDFs directly from your mobile device.

Who This Is For / When to Use

Use Mobile Estimates if you need to:

  • Create and send estimates while on-site or away from desktop

  • Track estimate status in real time

  • Enable direct payments after acceptance

  • Download estimate PDFs to your device


Access Estimates

  1. Open the Kyrios Mobile App.

  2. Open the main navigation menu.

  3. Tap Estimates.


Estimates Dashboard Overview

The Estimates dashboard provides:

  • Summary cards for Sent, Accepted, Declined, and Invoiced estimates

  • A searchable list of all estimates

  • Filters by status and date

  • A + button to create new estimates


View Estimates and Templates

You can switch between:

  • Estimates – all created estimates

  • Templates – pre-built estimate templates

Templates must be created in the Kyrios web app before they appear on mobile.


Create a New Estimate

Step 1: Add Initial Details

  1. Tap the + button on the Estimates dashboard.

  2. Select the customer.

  3. Enter estimate name, issue date, expiry date, and estimate number.


Add Items to an Estimate

Step 2: Add Items

You can add items using:

  • Keypad – manually enter pricing

  • Catalog – select existing products

  1. Enter item price and quantity.

  2. Open Item details to add descriptions.

Products added on the web app with descriptions will display the same descriptions on mobile.


Review the Estimate

Step 3: Review and Confirm

On the review screen, you can:

  • Verify item totals

  • Review subtotal and total amount

  • Add terms and notes


Enable Direct Payments

You can optionally enable direct payments for estimates.

  1. On the review screen, toggle Enable Direct Payment.

  2. When enabled, payment is collected immediately after the estimate is accepted.


Send and Preview Estimates

Before sending, you can preview the estimate exactly as the client will see it.

Clients can:

  • Accept the estimate

  • Reject the estimate

Once sent, a confirmation message appears in the app.


Download an Estimate PDF

You can download a copy of any estimate to your device.

  1. Long-press on an estimate tile.

  2. Select Download Estimate.

The estimate is saved as a PDF to your device storage.


Track and Manage Estimates

From the dashboard, you can:

  • Monitor estimate status

  • Preview estimates

  • Mark estimates as accepted

  • Delete estimates when needed

Status updates sync automatically.


Common Issues and Fixes

Direct Payment Did Not Go Through

  • Navigate to Invoices.

  • Locate the generated invoice.

  • Resend the invoice or record payment manually.

Templates Not Visible on Mobile

Templates must be created and published in the Kyrios web app.

How do I create a new estimate on mobile?

Yes. Taxes, discounts, notes, and terms can be added during estimate creation.

Yes. Long-press an estimate and select Download Estimate to save it as a PDF.

How does direct payment work on estimates?

When enabled, customers who accept the estimate are redirected to an invoice to complete payment online.

What happens if a customer’s payment fails?

You can resend the invoice or manually record payment from the Invoices section.
