How to Create an Estimate Template
Steps
Go to Payments > Invoices & Estimates
Open the Templates tab
3. Click New Estimate Template
4. Enter the estimate details
5. Save the template
Cloning an Existing Template
Select an existing estimate template
Click Clone
Modify and save the new version
Each cloned template functions independently.

Estimate Workflow Filters
When using the Estimates trigger, filters can be applied to control which estimates enter the workflow.

Template – trigger only for a specific estimate template
Value – filter by estimate amount
Status – filter by estimate status
Filters are evaluated before workflow actions run.

Workflows now include a Send Estimate action.

Sends an estimate automatically
Uses a selected estimate template
Sends from a selected user
This action can be combined with delays, conditions, or additional workflow steps.
