Estimates are pre-invoice documents sent to clients for approval.
Each estimate can be:
Sent via email or SMS
Accepted or rejected by the client
Manually marked as accepted or rejected
Converted into an invoice once approved
Estimates are part of the Kyrios Payments system.
How to Access Estimates
To access Estimates:
This opens the Estimates dashboard.
How to Create an Estimate
To create a new estimate:
Click New
Enter the following details:
Add products or line items
Review totals
Click Send
The estimate is saved and sent to the client.
Sending an Estimate to a Client
Estimates can be sent directly from Kyrios.
When sending an estimate:
Choose email or SMS delivery
The client receives a secure estimate link
No login is required for the client to respond
Once sent, the estimate status updates to Sent.
Client Acceptance or Rejection
Clients can respond directly from the estimate link.
If the client accepts
If the client rejects
Manually Marking an Estimate Status
If a client confirms verbally:
You can manually mark the estimate as Accepted or Declined
This updates the estimate status without client interaction
Manual updates are useful for phone approvals.
Converting an Estimate to an Invoice
Approved estimates can be converted into invoices.
To convert an estimate:
The invoice is generated using the estimate details.

No. Only Accepted estimates can be converted into invoices.

Yes. You can manually mark an estimate as accepted or declined if approval was given outside Kyrios.
