Important:
Only account admins can send bulk review requests. Account users must contact an admin.
Select Contacts for Review Requests
Go to CRM > Contacts or open a Smart List.
Select individual contacts using the checkboxes.
To select all contacts on the current page, use the checkbox in the table header.
Click Select all contacts to include every contact in the list.
Result: The bulk action toolbar appears.
Open the Send Review Request Action
With contacts selected, click More in the bulk action bar.
Select Request Reviews.
Result: The Bulk Review Request modal opens.
Configure the Review Request
In the Bulk Review Request window:
Enter an Action Name (required).
Choose a Review Request Option:
SMS Review Request
Email Review Request
WhatsApp Review Request
Select a sending mode:
Send All at Once
Send at Scheduled Time
Send in Drip Mode
Click Send Review Request to confirm.
Drip Mode Behavior
When Send in Drip Mode is selected:
Choose a Start Date & Time.
Set the Number of Messages per Batch.
Define the Repeat After interval (minutes, hours, or days).
Select allowed Send Days.
(Optional) Set a Time Window.
Important Notes:
The Repeat After setting does not restart the entire action.
It controls how often the next batch is processed.
Batches continue until all selected contacts receive the request.
Processing scales up to 500,000 actions per hour.
How Bulk Review Requests Are Processed
Requests are processed in the background.
Large contact lists may take time to complete.
Progress can be tracked on the Bulk Actions page.
Best Practices
Segment contacts using Smart Lists to avoid over-messaging.
Personalize templates with merge fields to improve response rates.
Avoid repeat requests to the same contact within 30–60 days.

How do I select all contacts for a bulk review request?

No. Each bulk action supports only one review request type.
What is the difference between “Send All at Once” and “Send in Drip Mode”?
Send All at Once processes immediately. Drip Mode sends requests in batches over time.
What does the “Repeat After” setting do?
It defines the delay between batches. It does not restart the full action.
What review request types are supported?
