Who This Is For / When to Use

Use Bulk Actions when you need to send emails or SMS, add contacts to workflows, or apply changes to many contacts at the same time while controlling delivery speed and scheduling.

Where Bulk Actions Are Started

  1. Navigate to Contacts.

  2. Select multiple contacts or a smart list.

  3. Choose an action from the top menu (for example, Send SMS or Send Email).

Confirming a Bulk Send

After selecting an action:

  1. Review the list of selected contacts.

  2. Confirm the action by clicking Ok, proceed.

Bulk actions are processed asynchronously and may take time depending on volume and delivery mode.

Available Bulk Action Delivery Options

When sending emails or SMS, you can choose one of the following delivery methods.

Send All at Once

  • Messages are queued immediately.

  • Best for small to medium contact lists.

Send All at a Scheduled Time

  • Choose a specific future date and time.

  • Useful for timed announcements or campaigns.

Send in Drip Mode

  • Messages are sent in batches over time.

  • You control:

    • Batch size

    • Frequency

    • Allowed time windows

    • Allowed days

Important behavior:

  • If drip mode reaches an unselected day, the action pauses.

  • Processing resumes on the next allowed day without sending all queued contacts at once.

  • Workflow time windows override bulk action timing if both are configured.
