View Appointments in Your Preferred Timezone

You can now choose any timezone to view appointments across Kyrios without affecting availability or booking behavior.

Who This Is For / When to Use

This feature is for:

  • Users working with clients across multiple timezones

  • Teams reviewing appointments from different geographic regions

  • Anyone who wants appointment times displayed in a timezone other than their own

Use this setting if you want appointments shown in the timezone that’s most convenient for you.

What’s New

Kyrios now lets you select any timezone to display appointment times across the platform.

This applies consistently across:

  • Calendar View

  • Appointment List View

  • Contacts

  • Conversations

You are no longer restricted to only your user timezone or the business timezone.

How the Timezone Setting Works

The View Appointments In setting controls display only.

  • The setting is user-specific

  • It affects only how you see appointment times

  • It does not change:

    • Availability

    • Booking rules

    • How clients book

    • What others see

Appointment times are automatically converted to the timezone you select.

Where Appointment Times Are Displayed

Once set, your selected timezone is reflected everywhere appointments appear.

Calendar View

Appointment blocks and time markers display in your selected timezone.

Appointment List View

The Appointment Time column shows converted times, including rescheduled appointments.

How to Change Your Appointment Timezone

Follow these steps to update your display timezone at any time:

  1. Go to Calendars

  2. Open Calendar Settings

  3. Select Preferences

  4. Locate View Appointments In

  5. Choose your preferred Timezone

  6. Click Save Preferences

Changes apply immediately.

Backward Compatibility (Previous Beta Users)

Previously, a Beta flag controlled appointment display behavior:

  • Beta ON: Appointments showed in User timezone

  • Beta OFF: Appointments showed in Business timezone

With this release:

  • If your Beta flag was ON, your timezone is set to User timezone

  • If your Beta flag was OFF, your timezone is set to the Business timezone configured in the account

No action is required unless you want to change it.

Why This Matters

This update gives you full flexibility to:

  • Review appointments in your local timezone

  • Match your client’s timezone

  • Use a fixed reference timezone for operations or reporting

All without impacting availability, scheduling logic, or client experience.

Does this change my availability or booking links?

No. Availability and booking behavior are not affected.

Does this affect what clients see?

No. This setting only affects your personal view.

Can different users choose different timezones?

Yes. Each user can select their own preferred timezone independently.

Can I change this anytime?

Yes. You can update the setting at any time from Calendar Preferences.
