Updated over 2 months ago

Who This Is For / When to Use

This update is for:

  • Businesses using Kyrios Calendars to send appointment emails

  • Teams managing high volumes of booking confirmations and reminders

  • Users who want to isolate calendar email reputation from marketing or bulk email traffic

Use this feature if calendar emails are critical to your operations and must reliably reach inboxes.

What’s New

Kyrios now supports dedicated sending domains for Calendar emails.

Calendar-related emails no longer have to share a sending domain with other email types. You can assign one or more domains exclusively to calendar communications and control how sending traffic is distributed.

What Emails Use the Calendar Domain

When a domain is assigned to the Calendar category, it is used for:

  • Appointment confirmations

  • Calendar reminders

  • Reschedule notifications

  • Cancellation notices

  • Other calendar-generated transactional emails

This applies only to calendar-related email traffic.

Key Benefits

  • Better Deliverability
Calendar emails are sent from a dedicated domain, improving inbox placement.

  • Reputation Protection
Calendar traffic is isolated from marketing, campaign, or bulk email reputation.

  • Load Distribution
Distribute sending volume across up to 5 domains per category.

  • Flexible Control
Use percentage-based distribution to control how traffic is routed.

How It Works

Dedicated Calendar domains are configured inside Domain Configuration.

Each email category in Kyrios can have its own domain assignment and traffic split. Calendar emails now appear as a separate category with independent settings.

How to Set Up Calendar Dedicated Sending Domains

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Open Email Services

  3. Select SMTP Service

  4. Click Domain Configuration

  5. Locate the Calendar category

  6. Add one or more verified domains

  7. Set percentage distribution for each domain

  8. Save your changes

Calendar emails will immediately begin using the assigned domain(s).
