What Is the Schedules Tab?
The Schedules tab is a centralized area where availability is defined once and applied across one or more calendars. Instead of configuring hours on each calendar individually, schedules allow you to reuse and manage availability consistently.
Key Capabilities
Centralized Availability Management
Availability is managed from a single Schedules section, where you can create and edit schedules for each user without adjusting every calendar separately.
Reusable Schedules
A schedule can be applied to multiple calendars, ensuring consistent working hours across meetings, services, or booking links.
User-Level Default Schedule
Each user has a default schedule that is automatically applied to new calendars, reducing setup time and maintaining consistency.
Custom Calendar-Specific Schedules
For exceptions or one-off needs, a calendar can override a shared schedule and use a custom schedule unique to that calendar.
Automatic Migration
All existing calendar availability is automatically converted into schedules, ensuring no disruption to existing bookings.
