Creating New Campaigns in Lead Finder

Create and configure Industry, People, or Single campaigns in Lead Finder to generate targeted leads.

Who This Is For / When to Use

Use this article if you want to:

  • Create a new lead search campaign

  • Choose between Industry, People, or Single search types

  • Apply tags and sources to organize incoming leads

Step 1: Create a New Campaign

  1. Log in to Kyrios.

  2. Open Lead Finder.

  3. Click New Campaign in the left sidebar.

  4. Enter a Campaign Name.

  5. Select a campaign type:

    • Industry – Search by business type and location.

    • People – Search by role or position.

    • Single – Search for one specific company.

  6. Click Create.

Step 2: Select an Existing Campaign (Optional)

If campaigns already exist, you can select one instead of creating a new campaign.

  1. Open the Choose a campaign dropdown.

  2. Select an existing Industry, People, or Single campaign.

Step 3: Open Campaign Settings

After creating or selecting a campaign:

  1. Locate the campaign in the left sidebar.

  2. Click the Settings (gear) icon next to the campaign name.

This opens campaign configuration options.

Step 4: Configure Tags and Source

Tags and Source control how leads are labeled when added to your account.

  1. Click Tags and Source.

  2. In Tags (separate by comma), enter relevant identifiers such as:

    • Location (e.g. New York)

    • Industry or role (e.g. Realtors, Business Coach)

    • Date or campaign label

  3. In Source, enter a name for this lead group (for example: Leads Search).

  4. Click Save.

Industry Campaign Settings

Industry campaigns are used to find businesses by type and location.

  • Tags typically include:

    • Industry type (e.g. Hairdresser, Consultant)

    • Location

    • Campaign identifiers

  • Source should clearly identify this Industry search.

Use Industry campaigns for broad business discovery.

People Campaign Settings

People campaigns are used to find individuals by role.

  • Follow the same creation steps as Industry campaigns.

  • Select People as the campaign type.

  • Tags should represent:

    • Job title or role (e.g. CEO, Web Designer)

  • Source should describe the People search.

People campaigns appear near the bottom of the campaign list.

Single Campaign Settings

Single campaigns are used to search for one specific company.

  • Follow the same creation steps.

  • Select Single as the campaign type.

  • Tags should include:

    • The company name

  • Source should reflect the single-company search.

Common Issues and Fixes

Campaign does not appear after creation
Refresh the page and confirm the campaign was saved.

Leads are missing tags
Check that Tags were added before clicking Save in Tags and Source.

Wrong leads returned
Confirm the correct campaign type (Industry, People, or Single) was selected.

Are tags required?
