Leads from Lead Finder should always be added to automations using Drip Mode.

Drip Mode sends emails gradually instead of all at once.
Step 1: Select Leads in Lead Finder
Open Lead Finder.
Locate the leads you want to email.
Select:
Individual leads, or
Select All to include all visible leads.
This selection determines which leads are added to the automation.
Step 2: Add Leads to an Automation in Drip Mode
Click Bulk Actions.
Select Add to Campaign.
Choose the automation you want to enroll the leads into.
Enable Drip Mode.
Drip Mode controls how many leads enter the automation per day.
Step 3: Configure Email Warm-Up Settings
To protect email deliverability, follow this recommended ramp-up schedule.
Recommended sending limits:
Week 1: Add 10 leads per day
Week 2: Add 20 leads per day
Week 3: Add 30 leads per day
Continue increasing gradually each week
This slow increase helps “warm up” your sending inbox.
Step 4: Set Sending Days and Times
Select which days of the week emails should send.
Choose the time window for email delivery.
Spacing emails across business hours improves engagement and deliverability.
