Adding Searched Leads to Kyrios Contacts

After running a lead search, you can send selected results directly into your Kyrios contacts with one click.

Who This Is For / When to Use

Use this process if you want to:

  • Save searched leads into your Kyrios contacts

  • Add leads from today’s search or multiple search days

  • Quickly move prospects into follow-up workflows

Before You Begin

Make sure:

  • A lead search has already been run

  • Search results are visible in the results list

  • Your account has access to Contacts

Sending Searched Leads to Contacts

You can send individual leads or bulk results into Kyrios contacts.

Steps:

  1. From the left sidebar, click the campaign where your search results are stored.

  2. In the results list, select:

    • Individual leads, or

    • Select All to include all displayed leads.

  3. Use the Select Results dropdown to choose:

    • Today Results, or

    • Results from multiple days.

  4. Click Send to CRM.

Once completed, the selected leads are added to your Kyrios contacts.

What Happens After Sending

  • Each lead is created as a contact in Kyrios

  • Available data such as name, phone number, website, and location is stored

  • Contacts can immediately be used in:

    • Automations

    • Pipelines

    • Campaigns

    • Conversations

Common Issues and Fixes

Send to CRM button is disabled

  • Ensure at least one lead is selected

  • Confirm results are available for the selected date range

Leads not appearing in contacts

  • Refresh the Contacts page

  • Verify you are viewing the correct account

  • Check that the send action completed successfully

FAQ

Can I send only today’s leads?

Yes. Use the Select Results dropdown and choose Today Results before clicking Send to CRM.

Can I send leads from multiple search days?

Yes. You can select results across multiple days using the results filter before sending them.

Can I send only specific leads instead of all results?

Yes. Manually select individual leads instead of using Select All.

Where do the leads go after sending?

They are added directly to your Kyrios contacts and are available for follow-up actions immediately.
