Use this if you work across multiple time zones and need dashboard widgets to reflect your local date and time without affecting other users.


What the Dashboard Timezone Switcher Does

The Dashboard Timezone Switcher changes how time-based data is displayed on dashboards so it aligns with your selected timezone.

This resolves situations where dashboard widgets appear out of sync with other areas of the platform due to timezone differences.


How to Change Your Dashboard Timezone

Step 1: Open a dashboard

Open any dashboard you have access to, including shared dashboards.

Step 2: Open dashboard options

Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

Step 3: Manage dashboard timezone

Select Manage Dashboard Timezone from the menu.

Step 4: Select your timezone and save

Choose your preferred timezone from the dropdown, then click Save.

The selected timezone is applied immediately.


How the Timezone Setting Is Applied

  • The timezone setting is user-specific.

  • It applies to all dashboards you view.

  • Other users are not affected by your selection.


What Is and Isn’t Affected

Affected

  • Internal dashboard widgets with time-based data

  • Date-based performance metrics and comparisons

Not affected

  • Third-party or externally sourced widgets

  • Underlying or historical data (display only)

  • Task widgets (support coming in a future update)

Common Issues and Fixes

My teammate sees different times than I do

This is expected behavior. Timezone selection is personal and does not sync across users.

My data looks different after changing timezone

Only the displayed time has changed. No data has been modified.

The task widget didn’t change timezone

Task widgets are not currently supported. This is a known limitation.
