Who This Is For / When to Use

This is for any Kyrios user who wants to:

  • Reduce notification noise

  • Customize alerts for conversations, tasks, reviews, and calendars

  • Set different notification behaviors for web and mobile usage


What You Can Control with Notification Preferences

Notification Preferences allow you to:

  • Enable or disable notifications by category

  • Choose delivery channels:

    • In-App

    • Email

    • SMS

  • Receive alerts for:

    • Assigned conversations

    • Mentions

    • Internal chats

    • Tasks and reminders

    • Reviews (Google and Facebook)

    • Calendar integration issues

  • Configure task reminder timing

  • Manage web and mobile notifications independently


Access Notification Settings

Step 1: Open Notification Settings

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Profile.

  3. Click Notification Settings.


Conversation Notifications

Control alerts related to inbox activity and internal chats.

You can enable notifications for:

  • All new conversations and messages

  • Conversations assigned to you

  • New messages on conversations you are assigned to

  • Internal chat messages (In-App only)

  • Mentions in conversations

Each option can be toggled independently for:

  • In-App

  • Email

  • SMS


Task Notifications

Control how and when you’re notified about tasks.

Options include:

  • Notify when a task is assigned to you

  • Receive a reminder before a task is due (customizable time)

  • Daily summary of:

    • Due tasks

    • Overdue tasks


Review Notifications (Google & Facebook)

Receive alerts when new reviews are posted.

You can enable notifications for:

  • Google reviews

  • Facebook reviews

Each review source supports:

  • In-App notifications

  • Email notifications


Calendar Notifications

Stay informed about calendar-related issues.

Available notification:

  • Alert when a calendar integration is disconnected


Clearing and Managing Notifications

  • Notifications can be cleared from the notification panel

  • Turning a toggle off immediately stops that notification type

  • Changes take effect instantly after clicking Save


Important Notes

  • Web and mobile notification preferences are managed separately

  • Disabling a notification type does not affect system functionality—only alerts

  • You can safely mute notifications without losing data or assignments


Common Issues and Fixes

I’m getting too many notifications

  • Open Notification Settings

  • Disable non-essential conversation or task alerts

  • Reduce task reminder frequency

I’m not receiving notifications

  • Confirm the notification type is enabled

  • Check the correct delivery channel (In-App, Email, SMS)

  • Verify your email address and phone number are correct

Notifications differ between web and mobile

  • This is expected behavior

  • Web and mobile notification preferences do not sync automatically
