Who This Is For / When to Use
Use this if you need to update the currency used for products, invoices, or checkouts, or if prices are displaying in the wrong currency for your business location.
How Default Currency Works
Kyrios determines your default currency based on your Business Profile settings:
The country selected in Business Physical Address determines the default currency.
If no currency is manually selected, the system applies the currency associated with the selected country.
This default currency is used for:
Products
Invoices
Payment pages
Checkouts
The currency can still be changed per product or invoice if multi-currency is supported.
Change the Default Currency via Business Country
Navigate to Settings.
Click Business Profile.
Locate Business Physical Address on the right side.
Update the Country to the one associated with your desired currency.
Click Update to save changes.
Note: Currency updates may take a few minutes to apply. Logging out and back in can help refresh the settings.
Set a Default Currency Directly
If available in your account, you can explicitly select a default currency:
Go to Settings.
Click Business Profile.
Locate Business Currency.
Choose your preferred currency from the dropdown.
Click Update.
If no currency is selected, the system defaults to the country-based currency.
Multi-Currency Support Overview
Kyrios supports creating products and collecting payments in multiple currencies.
You can:
Create products in different currencies
Send invoices in a customer’s local currency
Use Text2Pay links with currency based on the contact’s country
The system does not automatically convert exchange rates. Prices must be set manually per currency.
Select Currency When Creating Products
Navigate to Payments.
Click Products.
Create a new product or edit an existing one.
Enter product details.
Select the desired Currency.
Save the product.
Currency on Invoices
When you add a product to an invoice:
The invoice automatically reflects the product’s currency.
To view invoices:
Navigate to Payments.
Click Invoices.
Common Issues and Fixes
Currency did not update immediately
Log out and log back into your account to refresh settings.
Prices still showing in the old currency
Confirm the product currency matches the new default currency.
Country not available
Contact support if your required country or currency is missing.
