The Payments section allows you to manage products, invoices, orders, transactions, subscriptions, payment links, and payment processor integrations from one centralized location.

Who This Is For / When to Use

This guide is for users who want a complete overview of all payment features, payment methods, and supported gateways available in the Payments tab.

Use this guide when setting up payment processing, creating products or invoices, or enabling additional payment methods.

Overview of the Payments Section

Within the Payments section, you can:

  • Create and send invoices

  • Manage orders and transactions

  • Add and manage products

  • Configure taxes and receipts

  • Integrate payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal

All payment-related activities are centralized to help you manage your business more efficiently.

Multi-Currency Support

  • Products, invoices, and Text2Pay links can accept multiple currencies.

  • Ensure your connected payment processor supports the selected currencies to avoid transaction issues.

Product Usage Across the Platform

Products created in the Payments section can be:

  • Added to Funnels

  • Used in Workflows

  • Attached to invoices

  • Included in payment links

You can also view all orders and transactions related to these products directly from the Payments section.

Important Note for Stripe Users

All Stripe payment methods can be managed directly inside Kyrios.

You do not need to log into Stripe separately.

To manage Stripe payment methods:

  • Navigate to Payments > Integrations > Manage Payment Methods

  • Customize enabled payment options based on your business needs

Subscription Product Requirement

Subscription product configurations become accessible only after:

  • At least one subscription is created in live mode

Invoices & Estimates

Create, customize, and send invoices or estimates for payment.

Documents & Contracts

Stores all document and contract templates related to payments.

Orders

View a searchable and sortable list of all product orders.
Orders can be exported to Excel.

Subscriptions

Track customer subscriptions created through order forms.

Payment Links

Create payment links for specific products with defined pricing and billing rules.

Transactions

View all transactions in a searchable, sortable list.
Transactions can be exported to Excel.

Products

Create products for services or physical goods and reuse them across funnels, invoices, and workflows.

Coupons

Create discount codes that can be applied to products.

Configure:

Connect payment gateways including:

  • PayPal

  • Stripe

  • NMI (Network Merchants Inc.)

Supported Payment Methods

The following payment methods are supported based on gateway availability:

  • Cards

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • ACH Direct Debit

  • Affirm

  • Bancontact (Belgium)

  • iDEAL (Netherlands)

  • SEPA Direct Debit (European Union)

Payment methods can be enabled or disabled based on your use case.

How to Enable Additional Payment Methods

iDEAL & Bancontact

  • Scroll to the Bank Redirect section

  • Enable iDEAL and Bancontact

SEPA Direct Debit

  • Locate Bank Debits

  • Toggle SEPA Direct Debit on

  • Complete the verification process

Estimates

To create an estimate:

  1. Navigate to Payments > Estimates

  2. Create a new estimate

  3. Send via email or SMS

Clients can accept or reject estimates.
Accepted estimates can be converted into invoices.

Tap to Pay

Requirements:

  • Updated mobile app

  • Stripe account connected

Steps:

  1. Open the mobile app

  2. Select Tap to Pay

  3. Wait for the connection

  4. Ask the customer to tap their payment method on your phone

Payment Links

To create a payment link:

  1. Integrate Stripe

  2. Navigate to the Payments section

  3. Select or create a product

  4. Configure pricing and billing frequency

  5. Generate the payment link

Text2Pay (Payment Links)

To send a Text2Pay link:

  1. Open a conversation

  2. Click the payment icon

  3. Enter invoice name, price, and due date

  4. Save to generate a payment link directly in the conversation

Apple Pay & Google Pay

Step 1: Connect Stripe

Navigate to Payments > Integrations and connect Stripe using Stripe Connect.

Step 2: Enable Payments

Toggle Apple Pay and Google Pay on.

Step 3: Apple Pay Domain Registration

Your domain is automatically registered once Stripe is connected.

Step 4: Payment Availability

Apple Pay and Google Pay appear on order forms and support:

  • Recurring payments

  • Upsells

Using BNPL (Klarna / AfterPay) for Invoices

Step 1: Enable BNPL

  1. Go to Payments > Integrations > Stripe

  2. Click Manage

  3. Select Manage Payment Methods

  4. Enable Klarna and AfterPay under BNPL

Step 2: Create and Send Invoice

  • Navigate to Payments > Invoices & Estimates

  • Send the invoice to the customer

Step 3: Customer Payment

  • Customer selects a BNPL option and completes payment

Step 4: Payment Confirmation

  • Payment is confirmed and recorded automatically

View Account Payment Methods

To view active payment methods:

  • Navigate to Your Account

  • Review all payment methods enabled by Kyrios

Step 1: Accessing the Payments Section

  • Navigate to Payments from the left sidebar

Step 2: Integrating Payment Gateways

Navigate to Payments > Integrations

PayPal

  • Enter Client ID and Secret ID from PayPal

NMI

  • Enter Gateway ID, Security Key, and Public Key

Authorize.net

  • Enter Login ID, Transaction Key, and Signature Key

Stripe

  • Click Connect with Stripe

  • Log into Stripe

Square

  • Select Square integration

  • Enter API keys

  • Accept LeadConnector permissions

  • Click Save

Manual Payment Methods

  • Choose Cash on Delivery or create a custom method

  • Enable it for order forms or stores

  • Click Save

Custom Payment Providers

Custom providers allow:

  • Secure card storage

  • Saved payment methods

  • Off-session charging

  • Charge Now or Record Payment actions

Navigation paths:

  • Contacts > Contact Details > $ icon > Actions

  • Payments > Invoices > Record Payment > Charge a Card

Step 3: Creating Products

  1. Navigate to Payments > Products

  2. Click + Add Product

  3. Enter name, description, price, currency, and billing frequency

  4. Click Create this Product

Payment Gateway Feature Availability

  • Tap to Pay: Stripe only

  • Payment Links: Stripe and Authorize.net

  • Text2Pay: Stripe only

  • Invoices: All gateways except PayPal

  • Estimates: All gateways except PayPal

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay: Stripe only

What can I manage in the Payments section?

You can create invoices, manage orders and transactions, add products, configure taxes, and integrate payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal.

How do I enable multiple currencies?

Multi-currency support is available for products, invoices, and Text2Pay links. Your payment processor must support the selected currencies.

Can I manage Stripe payment methods inside Kyrios?

Yes. Navigate to Payments > Integrations > Manage Payment Methods.

What are Payment Links used for?

Payment Links allow customers to pay for specific products or services without an invoice.

How do I create products?
