What Community Newsletters Do

Community newsletters automatically:

  • Summarize popular posts and discussions

  • Highlight recent activity and engagement

  • Include upcoming events

  • Send emails on a recurring schedule you choose

Once enabled, newsletters run automatically.

How to Enable Newsletters for a Community

Step 1: Open Community Settings

From your community home page, click Settings in the right-hand panel.

Step 2: Open Newsletter Settings

In the community settings menu, select Newsletter.

Step 3: Choose Newsletter Frequency

Use the Newsletter Frequency dropdown to select how often emails are sent:

  • Off

  • Daily

  • Weekly

  • Bi-weekly

  • Monthly

Step 4: Save Your Settings

Once a frequency is selected, changes are saved automatically or confirmed via the settings panel.
Newsletters will now be sent to members by email.

What Members Receive

Each newsletter includes:

  • A summary of recent and trending posts

  • Highlights from active discussions

  • Upcoming community events

  • Clickable links that open the related post or event

Members do not need to sign up separately.

Member Subscription Behavior

  • All verified members are included by default

  • Members can unsubscribe using the link in the email

  • Unsubscribing from newsletters does not disable other community notifications
