Send emails on a recurring schedule you choose
Once enabled, newsletters run automatically.
How to Enable Newsletters for a Community
Step 1: Open Community Settings
From your community home page, click Settings in the right-hand panel.
Step 2: Open Newsletter Settings
In the community settings menu, select Newsletter.
Step 3: Choose Newsletter Frequency
Use the Newsletter Frequency dropdown to select how often emails are sent:
Off
Daily
Weekly
Bi-weekly
Monthly
Step 4: Save Your Settings
Once a frequency is selected, changes are saved automatically or confirmed via the settings panel.
Newsletters will now be sent to members by email.
What Members Receive
Each newsletter includes:
A summary of recent and trending posts
Highlights from active discussions
Upcoming community events
Clickable links that open the related post or event
Members do not need to sign up separately.
Member Subscription Behavior
All verified members are included by default
Members can unsubscribe using the link in the email
Unsubscribing from newsletters does not disable other community notifications
