How to Import Your Skool Community

Step 1: Open the Import Tool

Go to your Community Settings and select Import from the left-hand menu.

Step 2: Enter Skool Group Credentials

Provide the following details to authenticate your Skool group:

  • Skool Group Slug

  • Admin Email

  • Admin Password

Click Confirm to proceed.

Step 3: Download and Review the CSV

The system generates a CSV containing:

  • Profile Slug

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email address

⚠️ Important:
Some members may be missing email addresses. These must be filled in before upload.

Step 4: Upload the Completed CSV

Upload the updated CSV file to continue the import.

You’ll see:

  • Number of members successfully added

  • Alerts for members who couldn’t be imported (e.g., missing emails)

Step 5: Import Community Posts

Once members are imported, you can begin importing Skool posts.

  • Posts are transferred into your Kyrios community

  • Progress is displayed with a live status bar

After the Import

  • Imported members receive email notifications with access details

  • Posts appear inside the community feed

  • Admins can immediately manage content and members

You’ll be notified immediately. Fix the issue (usually missing emails) and re-upload the CSV.
