Notifications help you respond faster to conversations, comments, and tasks—keeping engagement consistent and timely.
How to Configure Notification Settings
Click Settings from the bottom-left navigation.
Open My Profile.
Select the Notifications tab.
Here, you can enable or disable notifications for:
In-app
Email
SMS
You can control alerts for conversations, task assignments, comments, and third-party events.
Sharing Comments to Drive Engagement
Sharing direct links to specific comments helps bring members back into conversations and encourages follow-ups.
How to Share a Comment
Navigate to Memberships from the left sidebar.
Open Communities and select Groups.
Enter the group and open the post containing the comment.
Click the three-dot menu on the comment.
Select Copy Link.
You can now share this link via email, newsletters, or social media to point members directly to that comment.
