How to Contact Meta (Facebook) Support

This article explains how to contact Meta Support through Business Manager when ads, billing, or account issues cannot be resolved through standard Help Center articles.

Updated over 3 months ago

Who This Is For / When to Use

This guide is for advertisers who need direct support from Meta and cannot resolve an issue on their own.

Use this article when:

  • An ad account is locked or restricted

  • Billing or payment issues persist after fixes

  • Ads remain blocked despite resolving policy issues

  • The standard Help Center does not provide a solution

Important Notes Before Contacting Meta Support

Meta regularly updates its support access and workflows.

  • Support options may change without notice

  • Some contact paths may temporarily disappear

  • Availability depends on account status and issue type

If the steps below no longer match Meta’s interface, contact Kyrios Support for assistance.

How to Contact Meta Support Step by Step

Step 1: Open Meta Business Manager

  1. Go to business.facebook.com

  2. Log in to the correct Business Manager

Step 2: Open Ads Manager

  1. From the left-hand sidebar, click Ads Manager

This opens Ads Manager in a new tab.

Step 3: Go to Billing & Payments

  1. In the left sidebar, click Billing & Payments (coin icon)

  2. At the top left, click Accounts

  3. Select the correct ad account from the list

Step 4: Scroll to “Get Help”

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the Billing & Payments page

  2. Click Get help

⚠️ Important:
Make sure this is the blue “Get help” button, not the standard Help Center link.

Step 5: Choose a Help Category

  1. Select A payment

  2. Then select None of the above

This unlocks additional support options.

Step 6: Contact Facebook Support

  1. In the popup, scroll to Still need help?

  2. Click Contact Facebook Support

Step 7: Submit the Support Form

After clicking Contact Facebook Support:

  • A form opens to describe your issue

  • Be clear, concise, and factual

  • Include relevant details (account ID, error messages, dates)

This is a workaround path, not a guaranteed official channel.

Best Practices When Contacting Meta Support

To increase your chances of a helpful response:

  • Be polite and patient

  • Avoid emotional or accusatory language

  • Clearly explain what has already been tried

  • Attach screenshots if available

  • Respond promptly if Meta replies

Support responses may take time.

Common Issues You Can Contact Meta About

This method is most effective for:

  • Billing and payment problems

  • Ad account restrictions

  • Spend limits or failed charges

  • Ads blocked despite compliance

  • Account access issues

Policy appeals may still require separate review processes.

What to Expect After Submission

After submitting the form:

  • Meta may respond by email or in Business Manager

  • Additional verification may be requested

  • Resolution times vary from hours to several days

There is no guaranteed response timeline.
