How to Contact Meta Support Step by Step
Step 1: Open Meta Business Manager
Go to business.facebook.com
Log in to the correct Business Manager
Step 2: Open Ads Manager
From the left-hand sidebar, click Ads Manager
This opens Ads Manager in a new tab.
Step 3: Go to Billing & Payments
In the left sidebar, click Billing & Payments (coin icon)
At the top left, click Accounts
Select the correct ad account from the list
Step 4: Scroll to “Get Help”
Scroll to the bottom of the Billing & Payments page
Click Get help
⚠️ Important:
Make sure this is the blue “Get help” button, not the standard Help Center link.
Step 5: Choose a Help Category
Select A payment
Then select None of the above
This unlocks additional support options.
Step 6: Contact Facebook Support
In the popup, scroll to Still need help?
Click Contact Facebook Support
Step 7: Submit the Support Form
After clicking Contact Facebook Support:
A form opens to describe your issue
Be clear, concise, and factual
Include relevant details (account ID, error messages, dates)
This is a workaround path, not a guaranteed official channel.

To increase your chances of a helpful response:
Be polite and patient
Avoid emotional or accusatory language
Clearly explain what has already been tried
Attach screenshots if available
Respond promptly if Meta replies
