Troubleshooting: Adding a Product to a Funnel or Website

This article explains how to resolve common issues when adding products to a funnel or website in Kyrios, including missing products, order bumps not appearing, pricing not updating, and payment method errors.

Who this is for / When to use

This guide is for Kyrios users who are unable to add products to funnels or websites, do not see products in dropdowns, experience checkout display issues, or encounter payment-related errors on live pages.


How to add a product to a funnel or website

Products must be added from the funnel’s order form step and selected from existing, published products.

To add a product:

  1. Go to Funnels and open the desired funnel.

  2. Select the Order Form step (one-step or two-step).

  3. Click the Products tab.

  4. Click Add Product.

  5. Select an existing product and price.

  6. Choose whether it is a Main Product or Bump Product.

  7. Click Save, then Publish the funnel.


Why a product does not appear in the product dropdown

A product will not appear if it is not created, published, or available for funnel use.

To fix this:

  1. Go to Payments → Products.

  2. Confirm the product exists and is active.

  3. Ensure at least one price is created for the product.

  4. Refresh the funnel editor and try again.


How to set up an order bump

Order bumps must be explicitly marked during product selection inside the funnel.

To configure an order bump:

  1. Open the funnel and select the Order Form step.

  2. Go to the Products tab.

  3. Add the primary product first.

  4. Add a second product and enable Bump Product.

  5. Customize the bump display text if needed.

  6. Save and publish the funnel.


Why updated pricing or order bumps do not appear on the live page

Pricing and bump changes will not show if the funnel is not republished or cart mode is disabled.

To resolve this:

  1. Open the Order Form step.

  2. Confirm the correct price is selected.

  3. Enable Cart Mode if multiple products or bumps are used.

  4. Click Save and Publish.

  5. Refresh the live page in an incognito browser.


Why a product cannot be removed from a funnel

Products cannot be removed if the funnel is unpublished or the product is still selected in the order form.

To remove a product:

  1. Open the funnel editor.

  2. Go to the Products tab.

  3. Click the three-dot menu next to the product.

  4. Select Delete.

  5. Save and republish the funnel.


Why checkout shows "No Payment Method Available"

This error occurs when no active payment gateway is connected or the funnel is in the wrong mode.

To fix this:

  1. Go to Payments → Integrations.

  2. Confirm Stripe, PayPal, or Authorize.net is Connected.

  3. Ensure the gateway and funnel are both in Live Mode.

  4. Verify the product currency matches the payment gateway currency.

  5. Republish the funnel and test again.


Common issues and fixes

  • Problem: Product saves but does not display
    Fix: Ensure the funnel is published and cart mode is enabled.

  • Problem: Order bump checkbox not visible
    Fix: Add the product after the main product and enable Bump Product.

  • Problem: Price dropdown is empty
    Fix: Create at least one price for the product in Payments → Products.
