Updated over 3 months ago

Who This Is For / When to Use

This feature is designed for sales teams, pipeline managers, and power users who manage large volumes of Opportunities and need a dense, highly scannable card view for faster decision-making.

What Are Unlabeled Opportunity Cards

Unlabeled cards are a new Opportunity card layout option that displays each enabled field on a single line without field labels.

By removing labels and reducing vertical spacing, this layout increases data density while keeping cards readable and easy to scan.

Key Benefits of the Unlabeled Layout

Streamlined Card Design

The Unlabeled layout shows values only, without field names, reducing visual noise and allowing users to focus on the data itself.

This results in a cleaner and more compact Opportunity card.

Higher Data Density per Card

Because each field uses a single line, more information fits on the same card without scrolling.

This is especially useful when viewing multiple Opportunities across pipeline stages.

How to Enable the Unlabeled Card Layout

You can switch to the Unlabeled layout directly from the Opportunity view.

Steps:

  1. Go to Opportunities.

  2. Open any pipeline.

  3. Click Manage Fields in the top-right corner.

  4. Under Card Layout, select Unlabeled.

  5. Click Apply.

The pipeline immediately updates to show Opportunities using the Unlabeled card layout.

Customizing Fields on Unlabeled Cards

You can control exactly which fields appear on Unlabeled cards.

Add or Remove Fields

Within Manage Fields, enable or disable fields to tailor the card view to your workflow.

Commonly used fields include:

  • Opportunity Value

  • Contact

  • Status

  • Updated On

  • Opportunity Owner

Fields can be reordered using drag-and-drop.

Field Groups Available

Fields are organized into expandable folders, such as:

  • Other Details

  • Contact Details

  • Opportunity Details

  • Job Address

This structure makes it easy to locate and add the exact data points you need.

How Unlabeled Cards Appear in the Pipeline

When enabled, Unlabeled cards appear across all stages in the pipeline view.

Each Opportunity card displays:

  • The Opportunity name

  • Key values such as amount, status, and timestamps

  • Activity and action icons along the bottom of the card

This layout allows users to scan many Opportunities quickly without opening individual records.

When to Use Unlabeled Cards

The Unlabeled layout is ideal when:

  • Managing large pipelines with many Opportunities

  • Performing quick pipeline reviews

  • Comparing deals across stages at a glance

  • Prioritizing speed and data density over descriptive labels
