Open the Web Dialer
Click the green phone icon in the top navigation bar to open the web dialer.
Auto-Minimize
When the dialer is open and not pinned, clicking outside the dialer automatically minimizes it. Auto-minimize does not end the call. It only changes how the dialer appears on your screen.
Pin the Dialer
Click the pin icon to keep the dialer open while you work elsewhere in Kyrios. When pinned, the dialer stays visible instead of auto-minimizing when you click outside it.
Drag the Dialer
Click and hold the dialer header or drag area, then move the dialer to your preferred screen location. Use dragging when the dialer is covering contact details, pipeline information, notes, or other work areas.
Position Memory
When the dialer is pinned, Kyrios can reopen it in the same location where you last placed it. Use this when you want the dialer to stay in a consistent location during calling workflows.
Common Issues and Fixes
The dialer minimizes when I click outside it
This is expected when the dialer is not pinned. Click the pin icon to keep the dialer open.
My call ended after the dialer minimized
Auto-minimize does not end calls. Check your call status inside the dialer or reopen the minimized dialer.
The dialer is covering important information
Drag the dialer to another part of the screen. Pin it if you want it to stay there while you continue working.
