What Enhanced Drag and Drop Does
Enhanced Drag and Drop allows you to drag an element from the sidebar and drop it directly onto the canvas. Kyrios automatically creates the correct layout hierarchy behind the scenes. For example, if you drag a Headline onto a blank canvas, Kyrios can automatically create: Section > Row > Column > Headline
How Auto-Hierarchical Layout Works
Auto-Hierarchical Layout means Kyrios places each element inside the correct layout containers automatically. The builder can create or use:
Sections
Rows
Columns
Elements
This keeps the page structure clean while reducing the number of manual setup steps.
Key Benefits
Enhanced Drag and Drop helps users build pages faster and with fewer layout mistakes. Key benefits include:
Drop elements directly onto the canvas.
Let Kyrios auto-create the correct Section, Row, and Column structure.
Use visual drop zones to preview placement.
Move existing elements by dragging them directly.
Add columns inline inside existing rows.
How to Use Enhanced Drag and Drop
Open a website or funnel page in the builder.
Open the element sidebar.
Drag an element, such as a Headline, Button, Image, or Form.
Drop the element onto the canvas.
Kyrios automatically creates the needed layout containers.
Use the visual drop indicator to confirm where the element will be placed.
Moving Existing Elements
You can move an existing element by dragging it directly on the canvas. You do not need to use a separate move handle. Use the visual drop cues to confirm the new placement before releasing the element.
Reordering Columns Within a Row
You can reorder columns within the same row to adjust the layout.
Hover over the row.
Select the column you want to move.
Drag the column left or right within the same row.
Release the column when the drop indicator appears in the correct position.
Column reordering is currently limited to the same row. After reordering columns, review tablet and mobile views because responsive stacking may change.
Adding Columns Inline
You can add columns directly from the canvas. Hover over an existing row and select the inline add-column option. Kyrios updates the row layout without requiring you to rebuild the section.
Common Issues and Fixes
Element Dropped in the Wrong Place
Use Undo to reverse the placement, then drag the element again using the visual drop indicator.
Mobile Layout Looks Different After Reordering Columns
Re-check tablet and mobile views after column changes. Column order on desktop can affect how content stacks on smaller screens.
Layout Structure Looks Unexpected
Open the layout navigator or layer view to confirm the Section, Row, Column, and Element structure created by Kyrios.
