Brand Board Colors in Form, Survey, and Quiz Builder

Brand Board colors let you apply saved brand colors directly inside the Form, Survey, and Quiz Builder color picker.

What Are Brand Board Colors?

Brand Board colors are saved colors from your default Brand Board. When you open a color picker in the Form, Survey, or Quiz Builder, Kyrios can show these saved colors under Brand Colors.

Selecting a Brand Color applies that color to the selected builder element.

Key Benefits

Brand Board colors help teams style forms faster and more consistently.

Benefits include:

  • Faster styling without manually entering hex codes

  • Consistent colors across Forms, Surveys, and Quizzes

  • Easier collaboration using approved brand colors

  • Less risk of using incorrect or outdated colors

How Brand Board Colors Work

When you open a color field in the builder, the color picker may show:

  • Brand Colors

  • Global Custom Colors

  • Default Colors

Brand Colors come from the saved default Brand Board. Global Custom Colors are reusable saved colors available in supported color pickers. Default Colors are standard color options available in the builder.

How to Apply a Brand Board Color

  1. Open a Form, Survey, or Quiz in the builder.

  2. Select the element you want to style.

  3. Open the relevant color setting.

  4. Choose a color from Brand Colors.

  5. Save the Form, Survey, or Quiz.

The selected element updates with the chosen Brand Board color.

Important Behavior

Changing the default Brand Board does not automatically restyle existing Forms, Surveys, or Quizzes. Existing assets keep their current styling until you manually update the colors in the builder.
