You can now send new prospects directly from Prospecting into a Pipeline and Stage, automatically creating an opportunity in your CRM.

Use this feature when you want new prospects to immediately enter your sales process.

What’s New

Add Prospects to a Pipeline During Creation

When adding a new prospect inside Prospecting, you can now:

  • Select an existing Pipeline

  • Choose the appropriate Stage

  • Automatically create an Opportunity

  • Instantly send the prospect into your CRM workflow

This removes the need to manually create opportunities after generating a prospect report.

Important: Use Prospecting Inside the Correct Account

Pipeline and opportunity management happens at the account level.

To send prospects into a pipeline:

  • You must be inside the correct account

  • If you are currently in Agency view, switch to the appropriate account first

Prospects added from Agency view will not connect to pipelines.

How to Send a Prospect to a Pipeline

  1. Switch to the correct account.

  2. Navigate to Marketing → Prospecting Search.

  3. Select a prospect.

  4. Click Add.

  5. Enable Add to a pipeline.

  6. Select your desired Pipeline.

  7. Select the correct Stage.

  8. Click Generate Report.

The system will:

  • Create the contact (if new)

  • Create an opportunity

  • Add the opportunity to the selected pipeline and stage

  • Set the opportunity source automatically

Opportunity Source Tracking

When a prospect is sent to a pipeline:

  • An Opportunity is automatically created.

  • The Source field is set to “Prospecting.”

You can verify this by:

  1. Navigating to Opportunities.

  2. Opening the newly created opportunity.

  3. Reviewing the Source field.


This allows accurate reporting on deals generated from Prospecting.

Does adding a prospect automatically create an opportunity?

Yes. If Add to a pipeline is enabled, an opportunity is automatically created in the selected pipeline and stage.

What is the opportunity source when created from Prospecting?

The opportunity source is automatically set to “Prospecting.”

Why don’t I see the pipeline option when adding a prospect?

You are likely not inside the correct account. Switch from Agency view to the appropriate account to access pipelines.

Can I choose which stage the opportunity enters?

Yes. You must manually select the pipeline and stage before clicking Generate Report.
