Updated over 2 months ago

Who This Is For / When to Use

  • Users who want quiz results stored directly on contact records

  • Teams building automations or workflows based on quiz performance

  • Accounts using quizzes for segmentation, personalization, or qualification

What Quiz Result Field Mapping Does

When a quiz is submitted, Kyrios can automatically create and update contact custom fields with quiz results.

This removes the need for manual tagging or third-party integrations.

Auto-Generated Quiz Result Fields

On the first quiz submission, Kyrios scans the quiz and creates structured custom fields.

Generated fields include:

  • Overall Score

  • Overall Score Tier

  • Category Scores

  • Category Score Tiers

  • Highest Scoring Category

  • Lowest Scoring Category

Default field types:

  • Scores: Number fields

  • Tiers and category names: Text fields

Field naming pattern:

  • {{quiz_name}} - Overall Score

  • {{quiz_name}} - Overall Score - Tier

  • {{quiz_name}} - {{category_name}} - Score

Common Use Cases

  • Segment contacts by score or tier

  • Trigger workflows based on category performance

  • Personalize emails, SMS, or campaigns

Examples

  • If Overall Score β‰₯ 80, send advanced offer

  • If Fitness Score < 50, enroll in beginner sequence

  • If Highest Category = Strength, tag as strength-focused

Common Issues and Fixes

Fields are not appearing on the contact

  • Confirm the toggles were enabled before quiz submission

  • Submit a test quiz to initialize field creation

Duplicate fields appear

  • This occurs only if quiz names were changed

  • Use consistent quiz naming to avoid confusion
